What is TattoosbyYou.com?

Here at www.TattoosbyYou.com we are dedicated to bringing relevant and helpful information to tattoo enthusiasts like ourselves. Our primary goal is to create a community where we can all share in our passion for the increasingly popular artform.

This is accomplished through extensive discussion of topics related to all types of tattoo designs, tattooing, and tattoo care. I also think that as a reponsible tattoo fanatic, I need to include information on tattoo removal for those people who jump at the opportunity to get a tattoo, only to regret it down the road.

Disclosure:

I must let you know that this is not a site for young children. It is a site that promotes open discussion of all things tattoo. So, as a parent myself, I must note that it would be best if younger children exit the site now.

Who is Omar and Lisette Reyes?

Lisette and I are young entrepreneurs from Cary, North Carolina.

We operate from a home office and operate several other websites.

I am not an expert at tattooing, but I am on a journey to promote the tattoo culture that is so popular today, yet misunderstood by so many.

I have 31 individual tattoos that combine to form two half sleeves, and one complete foot piece (from knee to ankle). I also have a medium-sized piece on my back that is the base for some future work.

All my tattoos have some symbolic meaning to me.

I got my first tattoo in Lafayette, Louisiana when I was seventeen years old. Then over time I added a couple more pieces. But the majority of my art work was done over the summer of 2005. The “Summer of Pain” as I like to call it .

Life has put my plans to continue building on the pieces that I have on hold, but hopefully in the near future I can get back to what I love – getting meaningful, colorful, and beautiful pieces created by talented artists.
